Do not send private App Store receipts, API keys, or full payment information by email. Apple manages App Store payments and refunds through Apple systems.
Purchases, Credits, And Rewards
- For in-app purchase billing or refunds, use Apple's purchase support tools.
- For missing credits after a purchase or rewarded ad, contact us with the approximate time of the action and your app version.
- Rewarded ads are optional. If ads are unavailable, the app should continue to support normal creation through remaining credits or paid top-ups.
Privacy Requests
Privacy questions, consent withdrawal questions, and data deletion requests can be sent to the same support address. Review the Privacy Policy for details about data handling.
