Privacy Policy

Yourgel turns a prompt or a captioned memory into a small music-box experience. This policy explains what data is handled, where it is processed, and how ad consent and credits work.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to Yourgel - Your Music Box, an iOS app operated by N-VERSE, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. The app lets you create and save music-box style experiences from text, selected options, and captioned memories.

The app is designed to avoid collecting more data than is needed for creation, playback, credit accounting, purchase handling, advertising consent, and service reliability.

2. Data We Handle

App and creation data

  • Prompts, captions, selected music-box style, material, character, and related creation options.
  • Generated titles, selected music references, and generated or pre-curated audio metadata.
  • Local app records such as saved boxes, playback state, and user preferences.

Photos

When you select a photo, Yourgel may use it locally for preview or music-box artwork. In the current MVP design, raw photos are not sent to the AI backend for selection; the caption and selected metadata are used instead.

Credits, purchases, and rewards

  • Credit balance events, credit consumption, rewarded ad grant records, and server-side reward verification records.
  • StoreKit purchase and restore information provided by Apple for in-app purchases.
  • An app-generated anonymous user identifier used to apply credits and prevent duplicate rewarded grants.

Technical data

  • Server request metadata such as IP address, timestamp, endpoint, user agent, diagnostics, and rate-limit information.
  • Crash, performance, and operational data if observability tools are enabled in a shipped version.

3. Ads And Consent

Yourgel may offer optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded ad is not required for normal app use, saving, playback, or purchase. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the app may grant sponsored credits after server-side verification.

  • Google Mobile Ads SDK and AdMob may process ad-related data such as device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction data, diagnostics, and performance data.
  • Where required, Google User Messaging Platform may show consent messages for personalized or non-personalized ads.
  • Reward grants are confirmed through Cloudflare Workers using AdMob server-side verification before credits are recorded.

If Apple App Tracking Transparency applies to a released build, the app will request tracking permission through Apple's system prompt before using data for tracking.

4. AI And Cloud Services

Yourgel uses backend services to protect API keys and to avoid calling AI services directly from the app. Requests may be sent to Cloudflare Workers, which can call Google AI services for music selection or future generation features.

  • Cloudflare Workers may process prompts, captions, selected options, and anonymous identifiers.
  • Cloudflare D1 or KV may store credit ledger, reward limits, and operational records.
  • Cloudflare R2 may temporarily store generated audio so the app can download it.
  • Google AI services may process prompts, captions, and selected metadata when the backend requests AI selection or generation.

5. Service Providers

We use service providers only to operate the app, deliver purchases or ads, provide cloud processing, and maintain reliability.

  • Apple: App Store, StoreKit, iCloud or CloudKit features where applicable, and system privacy prompts.
  • Google: AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google User Messaging Platform, and Google AI services used through backend endpoints.
  • Cloudflare: Workers, Pages, R2, D1, KV, security, hosting, and operational infrastructure.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate abuse or security issues.

6. Your Choices

  • You can choose not to watch rewarded ads.
  • You can manage ad consent choices through the consent interface where it is available.
  • You can deny photo access or choose not to select photos.
  • You can use Apple's purchase management tools for in-app purchases, refunds, and subscriptions if any are offered in the future.
  • You can contact us to ask about privacy, data access, or deletion requests.

7. Retention

Local app data remains on your device unless you delete it or use an Apple sync feature. Server-side credit and rewarded ad records are retained as needed to maintain balances, prevent duplicate grants, reconcile purchases, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Generated audio stored in Cloudflare R2 is intended for short-term transfer and may be automatically deleted after a limited period.

8. Children

Yourgel is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
